Aluminium Fabrication.

Precision in every profile

Aluminium is at the heart of everything we do. We stock approximately 65 tonnes of aluminium (that’s 54,000 metres!), and 65 unique profiles which are cut, punched, rolled, and lasered here in Manchester by our manufacturing team. Over 30 years, we’ve continuously invested in machinery, technology, and client-driven profiles allowing us to expand our aluminium expertise and push the boundaries of what’s possible. Our facilities enable us to deliver both large-scale production runs and highly bespoke solutions. We are one of a few UK manufacturers capable of rolling aluminium to tight, precisely controlled radii.

LED is a core part of our product offering. We collaborate with you to provide solutions that address the specific aesthetic, functional, and technical needs of your project. Our capabilities span across expert lighting consultation and design engineering to LED assembly and comprehensive photometric testing; using the latest sophisticated lighting planning and simulation software such as Relux. From lightboxes to integrated lighting and illuminated flooring, our lighting abilities enable us to adapt to different environments and engineer our products to meet your unique requirements. 

Laser Cutting & Engraving. 

Detail that defines the finish

We operate multiple in-house laser machines that provide precision cutting, engraving and etching across a wide range of materials such as aluminium, acrylic and glass. These capabilities allow us to produce intricate detailing, accurate text and custom patterns with a high level of consistency and repeatability. Our laser technology supports prototyping, customisation and complex production requirements, ensuring we maintain tight tolerances, fast turnaround times and reliable quality across both one-off components and larger production runs. By keeping laser cutting and engraving in-house, we retain full control over accuracy, finish and production scheduling.

Multi-axis Compound Mitre Saw

A multi-axis compound mitre saw is capable of cutting at a wide range of angles, allowing for precise bevel and compound cuts that are especially useful for custom shapes and framing applications where angled joints are required. This enhances production by offering strong versatility, as angled cuts in multiple planes reduce the need for additional tools or complex setups, while also delivering high precision that minimises material waste and ensures components fit together accurately, an essential factor for product quality. In addition, quicker setup and cutting compared with manual methods improves overall efficiency and supports higher productivity.

Laser Machine

Our large format laser cutter precisely cuts or engraves large sheets of materials such as wood, acrylic, metal, and fabric, enabling the creation of intricate designs, fine details, and clean edges with minimal distortion. This precision ensures consistent, high-quality results across multiple pieces, making it ideal for applications like signage, detailed artwork, and prototyping, while its ability to work with a wide range of materials supports diverse production needs from structural metal parts to acrylic displays. Its high cutting speed also improves overall efficiency, reducing production time and making the technology suitable for both small-scale projects and large-volume manufacturing.

Multi-axis Profile Router

Our multi-axis profile router operates across multiple directions, typically the X, Y, and Z axes, and in some cases additional rotational axes. This allows it to produce complex shapes, cuts, and slots in aluminium profiles with a high level of accuracy and surface finish. This capability enhances production by enabling the creation of intricate geometries and detailed hole features that would be difficult or impossible to achieve using manual tools, while also supporting efficient customisation for bespoke components and prototype development with consistent precision. By automating detailed cutting processes, it further improves productivity, increasing production speed while maintaining a high-quality output.

CNC Flat Bed

CNC flat bed machines are designed for large-scale production, capable of processing large sheets of material while performing cutting, drilling, and routing operations with high precision. This supports scalable manufacturing by efficiently handling high volumes and reducing the time required for manual handling and cutting, while also ensuring consistent, repeatable quality across large batches where accuracy is critical. Through the automation of repetitive processes, these machines further improve productivity by lowering labour demands, increasing throughput, and allowing operators to concentrate on more complex production tasks.

Large Format Wall Saw

Our Striebig Compact 4164 wall saw is a vertical panel cutting system designed for accurate and efficient sizing of large sheet materials such as wood-based boards, plastics, and composite panels. Its capabilities include precise straight cutting, smooth operation, and space-efficient vertical design. It enhances production by supporting consistent, high-quality cuts that reduce material waste and rework, improving workflow efficiency through fast setup and straightforward operation, and enabling reliable processing of large panels while maintaining operator safety and overall productivity.

Our Tauring Delta 50 rolling machine is designed to bend and form aluminium profiles, tubes, and sections with high accuracy and repeatability, enabling the production of curved and circular components used in structural and architectural applications. Edge Bander

Our Hebrock F2 edge bander applies edging to panel surfaces with accurate adhesive control, consistent pressure, and clean trimming to produce a durable, professional finish for furniture and joinery components. It enhances production by improving finish quality, reducing manual rework and material waste, and delivering reliable, repeatable performance that supports efficient small-batch and high-volume manufacturing.

Letter Bender

Our Automatic Letter Bender is designed to precisely bend metal strips into shaped letter forms used in signage and illuminated lettering. It enables accurate, repeatable forming of complex curves and angles while maintaining material consistency and finish quality. Our 3D printer creates physical components directly from digital designs by depositing material layer by layer, enabling the rapid production of complex shapes and detailed prototypes.
