Multicoloured integrated ceiling lightboxes for Tamatanga Restaurant

Statement lighting for a bold, colourful and Instagrammable restaurant interior

nibox worked alongside FiFi Interiors and Mistry Lighting to create striking lighting features for Tamatanga’s restaurant on The Headrow in Leeds.

At the heart of the interior are multicoloured integrated ceiling lightboxes, forming a vibrant centrepiece within the bold and eclectic restaurant design. The illuminated geometric forms add colour, depth and character overhead, contributing to the highly visual, Instagrammable atmosphere of the space.

We also supplied additional LED elements throughout the restaurant, including surface-mounted LED tubes suspended above the main bar, adding another layer of light and visual interest to the interior.

Tamatanga Creative Director Mona Kular described the Leeds location as having a “seriously cool vibe”, created for a city as vibrant as Leeds.
