b2 Live Events Exhibition Stand
After becoming frustrated about all modular exhibition stands looking the same and having been inspired by our marketing materials, Unibox were briefed by b2 Live Events to produce a unique and eye-catching stand for the Festival of Work at the Olympia Grand in London.
Sustainability was a key consideration for b2 Live Events, who requested a custom stand design that avoided the use of timber.
The client, Insights, aimed to make a strong impression in the competitive HR, L&D, and internal communications sector during the Festival of Work. To achieve this, b2 Live Events created a visually striking stand design that perfectly matched the colour and intricate spirals of the Insights logo.
While most of the design incorporated standard Mod-U-Lok aluminium frames, the Unibox team went the extra mile by crafting a bespoke arch to fulfil the client’s specifications. Leveraging our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we designed, built, and rigorously tested the arch to ensure it met the client’s requirements.
The Unibox team produced almost everything for the large exhibition space, including a 4m diameter Tension Fabric hanging banner.
Mod-U-Lok is quick and easy to assemble, tool-free, and b2 Live Events assembled the stand effortlessly on-site, without difficulties.
The resulting stand struck the perfect balance between accessibility from all angles and an enclosed, private atmosphere. It successfully served all intended purposes, including hosting talks, while acting as a central meeting point for exhibition visitors. These attendees easily arranged to gather by the eye-catching “blue spirals,” which served as unique and visible landmarks throughout the Olympia Grand.
Insights were delighted with the end results and have plans to re-use all the elements of the stand, making it a brilliant reusable, reconfigurable, investment for the future.
The team at Unibox were great to work with, providing continual updates, drawings and the info we needed at the right times. Most importantly, they produced a final product that helped create a stunning and incredibly well received stand.
